Vispa — Child Safety Standards

Vispa (package ir.ndpit.chat, also available on the web at mizbaan.app) is a messaging app. Vispa has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. This applies to every part of the service: private chats, groups, channels, stories, profiles, files, stickers and calls.
2. What is prohibited
- Creating, uploading, sending, storing, requesting or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including drawn, edited or computer-generated material.
- Any sexualisation of a minor, including sexual comments about a child or sexualised images of a child.
- Grooming: building contact with a child in order to abuse or exploit them, including asking a child for sexual images or to meet for sexual purposes.
- Sextortion, threats or blackmail involving sexual images of a child.
- Trafficking of children, or advertising or arranging the sexual exploitation of a child.
- Using Vispa to share instructions for, promote, or normalise any of the above.
3. How to report
- By email, from any version of Vispa: write to the address in section 6. Include the username or phone number of the account, the chat, group or channel where it happened, and the date. Please do not attach or forward the abusive material itself; describe where it is and we will locate it.
- In the web version (mizbaan.app): open the chat with the person and use the report option in the chat menu.
Reports about child safety are handled before all other reports.
4. What we do with a report
- Reports are reviewed by Vispa's administrators. A reviewer sees only the reported conversation, not the reporter's other chats.
- Content that violates these standards is removed.
- The account responsible is deactivated.
- Where we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM, we report it to the relevant regional and national authorities as required by applicable law, and we preserve the related information for them.
- We cooperate with lawful requests from law-enforcement authorities.
5. If a child is in immediate danger
Contact your local emergency services or police first. Then let us know, so we can act on the account.
6. Designated point of contact
This contact is responsible for Vispa's CSAM prevention practices and for compliance with these standards.
استانداردهای ایمنی کودکان در ویسپا
ویسپا یک پیام‌رسان است (نسخهٔ وب: mizbaan.app). ویسپا هیچ‌گونه سوءاستفاده و بهره‌کشی جنسی از کودکان را تحمل نمی‌کند. این قاعده برای همهٔ بخش‌ها برقرار است: گفتگوهای خصوصی، گروه‌ها، کانال‌ها، استوری‌ها، پروفایل‌ها، فایل‌ها، استیکرها و تماس‌ها.
۱. موارد ممنوع
- ساخت، بارگذاری، ارسال، نگهداری، درخواست یا لینک‌دادن به محتوای سوءاستفادهٔ جنسی از کودکان، حتی اگر نقاشی، ویرایش‌شده یا ساختهٔ هوش مصنوعی باشد.
- هر نوع جنسی‌سازی کودک، از جمله حرف جنسی دربارهٔ کودک یا تصویر جنسی از او.
- فریب و نزدیک‌شدن به کودک با هدف سوءاستفاده، از جمله درخواست تصویر جنسی یا قرار ملاقات با این هدف.
- تهدید یا باج‌گیری با تصویر جنسی کودک.
- قاچاق کودک، یا تبلیغ و هماهنگی برای بهره‌کشی جنسی از کودک.
- استفاده از ویسپا برای آموزش، ترویج یا عادی‌سازی این کارها.
۲. روش گزارش‌دادن
- با ایمیل، از هر نسخهٔ ویسپا: به نشانی بخش ۵ پیام بدهید. نام کاربری یا شمارهٔ حساب، گفتگو یا گروه یا کانالی که این اتفاق در آن افتاده، و تاریخ را بنویسید. خودِ محتوا را پیوست یا فوروارد نکنید؛ فقط بگویید کجاست.
- در نسخهٔ وب (mizbaan.app): گفتگو با آن شخص را باز کنید و از منوی گفتگو گزینهٔ گزارش را بزنید.
گزارش‌های مربوط به ایمنی کودکان پیش از همهٔ گزارش‌های دیگر بررسی می‌شوند.
۳. بعد از گزارش چه می‌کنیم
- مدیران ویسپا گزارش را بررسی می‌کنند. بررسی‌کننده فقط همان گفتگوی گزارش‌شده را می‌بیند، نه گفتگوهای دیگر گزارش‌دهنده را.
- محتوای خلاف این استانداردها حذف می‌شود.
- حساب مسئول غیرفعال می‌شود.
- هرجا از وجود چنین محتوایی آگاهی قطعی پیدا کنیم، طبق قانون آن را به مراجع ذی‌صلاح منطقه‌ای و ملی گزارش می‌دهیم و اطلاعات مرتبط را برای آن‌ها نگه می‌داریم.
- با درخواست‌های قانونی مراجع انتظامی و قضایی همکاری می‌کنیم.
۴. اگر کودکی در خطر فوری است
اول با پلیس یا اورژانس محل خود تماس بگیرید. بعد به ما هم خبر بدهید تا دربارهٔ آن حساب اقدام کنیم.
۵. مسئول پاسخ‌گویی
این شخص مسئول روش‌های جلوگیری از این محتوا در ویسپا و پایبندی به این استانداردهاست.
